1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and all applicable policies, Aladdin4Tech grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software solely for lawful personal or internal business purposes in connection with authorized services provided by Aladdin4Tech.

This Agreement grants a license only and does not transfer ownership of the Software or any intellectual property rights.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Software or Services.

By using the Software, you represent and warrant that:

1. You have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement
2. All information provided to us is accurate and current
3. Your use of the Software complies with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Authorized Use

You may use the Software only:

1. In accordance with this Agreement
2. In compliance with applicable laws and regulations
3. In compliance with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy
4. For legitimate and authorized purposes

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, devices, credentials, or connections.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

1. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, adapt, translate, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying structure of the Software
2. Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, lease, rent, assign, or commercially exploit the Software without prior written authorization
3. Remove, alter, or obscure copyright, trademark, branding, licensing, or proprietary notices
4. Use the Software for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or malicious purposes
5. Use the Software to distribute malware, spam, phishing attacks, or unauthorized automated traffic
6. Attempt to bypass, disable, interfere with, or compromise security protections, authentication systems, or service limitations
7. Use the Software in a manner that disrupts networks, servers, systems, or third-party services
8. Share account credentials beyond the limits of your subscription or authorized usage
9. Use the Software to infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or contractual rights of others
10. Use the Software in connection with activities prohibited under United States law or the laws applicable in your jurisdiction

5. VPN and Network Services

Certain Software and Services provided by Aladdin4Tech may include VPN, networking, encryption, proxy, tunneling, or connectivity technologies.

These services are intended solely for lawful privacy, security, and remote connectivity purposes.

You acknowledge and agree that:

1. You are solely responsible for how you use VPN or network-related services
2. You will not use the Services to violate copyright laws, bypass lawful restrictions, engage in unauthorized access, or conduct illegal activity
3. Internet performance, routing, speed, latency, and service availability may vary based on factors outside our control, including ISPs, upstream providers, government restrictions, device limitations, and third-party infrastructure

Aladdin4Tech does not guarantee uninterrupted connectivity, specific speeds, geographic availability, or compatibility with every service, platform, or device.
 

6. Subscription and Service Access

Certain features or services may require:

1. An active subscription
2. Valid payment method
3. Internet connectivity
4. Supported hardware or operating system

Your access to certain Software or Services may be suspended, restricted, or terminated if:

1. Your subscription expires
2. Payment is declined or reversed
3. Fraud or abuse is suspected
4. You violate this Agreement or related policies

7. Software Updates and Changes

Aladdin4Tech may, at its sole discretion:

1. Release updates, upgrades, patches, modifications, or replacements
2. Change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features or functionality
3. Require mandatory updates for security, compatibility, or operational purposes

You acknowledge that failure to install updates may impact performance, compatibility, functionality, or security.

We are not obligated to maintain support for outdated versions.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Services

The Software may interact with or rely upon third-party:

1. Operating systems
2. App stores
3. Hosting providers
4. Payment processors
5. APIs
6. DNS providers
7. Cloud infrastructure
8. Hardware manufacturers
9. Telecommunications providers

Aladdin4Tech is not responsible for:

1. Third-party outages or failures
2. Device incompatibility
3. ISP restrictions
4. App store decisions
5. Third-party policy changes
6. Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
    

9. Privacy and Data Handling

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may collect limited operational, diagnostic, technical, billing, authentication, and security-related information necessary to:

1. Operate and maintain the Services
2. Prevent abuse and fraud
3. Improve reliability and performance
4. Provide customer support
5. Comply with legal obligations

Aladdin4Tech does not intentionally inspect or monitor the content of your private communications or browsing activity except as reasonably necessary for:

1. Security
2. Abuse prevention
3. Service integrity
4. Technical troubleshooting
5. Legal compliance
    

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All Software, technology, source code, object code, APIs, interfaces, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, documentation, content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Aladdin4Tech and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license expressly granted in this Agreement, no rights, ownership, or interests are transferred to you.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

ALADDIN4TECH DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

1. MERCHANTABILITY
2. FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
3. NON-INFRINGEMENT
4. ACCURACY
5. RELIABILITY
6. AVAILABILIT

We do not guarantee that:

1. The Software will be uninterrupted or error-free
2. Defects will be corrected
3. Services will always be secure or available
4. The Software will function on all devices, networks, or operating systems

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALADDIN HOSTING & IT SERVICES, LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

1. INDIRECT DAMAGES
2. INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
3. CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
4. SPECIAL DAMAGES
5. EXEMPLARY DAMAGES
6. LOSS OF PROFITS
7. LOSS OF DATA
8. BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
9. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
10. SECURITY BREACHES CAUSED BY THIRD PARTIES
11. DEVICE DAMAGE
12. NETWORK FAILURES

ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

1. THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR SERVICES
2. THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS OR FAILURES
3. INTERNET OR NETWORK ISSUES
4. UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS
5. ACCOUNT MISUSE

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ALADDIN4TECH DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
 

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aladdin4Tech, its owners, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, or legal fees arising from:

1. Your use of the Software or Services
2. Your violation of this Agreement
3. Your violation of applicable laws
4. Your infringement of third-party rights

14. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated.

Aladdin4Tech may suspend or terminate your license or access immediately, with or without notice, if:

1. You violate this Agreement
2. Fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity is detected
3. Required payments are not received
4. Continued access creates legal, security, or operational risk

Upon termination:

1. Your license immediately ends
2. You must cease using the Software
3. You must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software in your possession
    

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located in Minnesota, United States.

16. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our:

1. Terms of Service
2. Privacy Policy
3. Refund Policy
4. Acceptable Use Policy

constitutes the complete agreement between you and Aladdin4Tech regarding the Software and Services.
